Terms & Conditions of the 2020 Hayward Canada Rebates

Valid on purchases made from March 1, 2020 to September 30, 2020. Rebate submissions must be made online prior to October 31, 2020.

CONSUMER REBATE TERMS & CONDITIONS: This offer is valid for qualifying purchases, purchased in Canada by end user. Any applicable Canadian sales taxes (i.e. Goods and Service Tax, Quebec Sales Tax, and Harmonized Sales Tax) are included in the rebated face value. Purchase price cannot be combined with parts and/or accessories. Purchase price does not include tax, shipping or handling fees. Rebate is valid for product purchased from March 1 to September 30, 2020 and submitted online no later than October 31, 2020. This offer cannot be combined with any other Hayward offers. Handwritten invoices or sales history receipts will not be accepted as proof of purchase. Rebates will not be honored without required documentation. Hayward Canada has the right to substantiate sales receipts and serial numbers. Only one claim per product purchase. Rebate payable in Canadian dollars only. Rebate paid via a Hayward Visa® Prepaid Card, valid anywhere Visa Debit is accepted. The card is non-transferable, non-refundable and has no cash access. Card program issued by The PrivateBank and Trust Company pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc. Hayward Visa® Prepaid Cards are valid for 12 months after issuance, through the “Valid Thru” date shown on the front of the card. Claims that do not comply with the terms of this offer will be rejected. Hayward Canada is not responsible for lost, stolen or misdirected submissions. Rebate cards can be reissued for a fee. Reproduction, sale or trade of proof-of-purchase cash register receipts is prohibited. Fraudulent submission could result in federal prosecution under mail fraud statutes. You should receive your rebate within 8 weeks. Hayward is unable to fulfill rebates received after October 31, 2020.
