Strainers
Hayward offers basket strainers and y-strainers to strain particulate that may clog or damage process fluid pipe lines.
Basket Strainers
Available in PVC, CPVC, GFPP and Eastar. Up to 2 in. sizes have socket and threaded end connections. Each strainer comes with a standard plastic basket. Other basket materials available, see Basket Replacements.
Y-Strainers
Y-Strainers become part of the piping line and strain debris from the process fluid.
